RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. On occasions we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy.

The first thing to do is:

Contact our customer service representative for a returns reference code ( RRC) within seven days of receipt of the goods.

They will give you the RRC ( ref code|) and advise you on the method of postage for the return. All items to be returned must be accompanied with the correct RRC code or the claim will not be accepted. Reasons for return and liability;

• If you are unhappy with your purchase.

You can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit.

Please include a note stating reason and RRC code.

We will refund the cost of the item but not the postage

• If the item is defective.

Please return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating damage or defect and RRC code.
We will refund the cost of the item original postage and return postage.
